DoKLEEN 3004

DoALL DoKleen 3004 is an oil emulsifying cleaner designed for removing soil and oil from machinery and the manufacturing floor. It has been developed for use as an in-process cleaner and can be added directly to the old coolant in the sump and circulated for at least one hour. The old coolant is then discharged and the sump is recharged with fresh coolant. When used as a floor cleaner, it will work effectively in automatic floor scrubbers or with mop and bucket for effective cleaning in all areas of an industrial plant.

Uses:

Cleans most common metalworking fluid contaminants, lower pH enables compliance with waste stream restrictions
Kills bacteria and removes fungus growth to provide a good starting point for longer sump life
Versatile cleaner can be used as a sump cleaner and floor cleaner (excellent at emulsifying dirt and oil)
Minimizes downtime for sump cleaning since it can be used in-process thus reducing production time losses
